Understandability \u2013 Clear and simple content<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>We strive for plain and understandable language<\/li>\r\n<li>Navigation is consistent (menus, buttons, and links follow the same structure)<\/li>\r\n<li>Forms have meaningful labels (e.g., \u201cEmail Address\u201d instead of just \u201cInput\u201d)<\/li>\r\n<li>Error messages are clear and helpful (e.g., \u201cInvalid email address\u201d instead of \u201cError 402\u201d)<\/li>\r\n<li>Input assistance such as suggestions and formatting examples are provided<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<strong>4. We are working on making both available in plain English and French in the coming months. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Website<\/h3>\r\n<p>Some pages are not yet fully WCAG-compliant and are being updated step by step.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Email Communication<\/h3>\r\n<p>Older emails are being gradually updated to meet accessibility standards. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>Social Media<\/h3>\r\nExisting posts cannot be retroactively updated.
