When asked “How are you?”<\/strong> we usually respond with “Fine, thank you”. owever, the reality is quite different: according to the WHO (2017), one in three people in Europe alone are not doing well mentally or emotionally. This is exactly where Instahelp comes in. Since November 2015, we have been offering online psychological counselling and therapy<\/a> as a digital platform for mental health \u2013 as a complementary, low-threshold service to the existing care system. Our goal: to provide people with early and uncomplicated support. Whether relationship problems, professional challenges, stress, depressive moods or other personal issues: our carefully selected, experienced clinical and health psychologists support those seeking advice in over 20 languages via video and audio calls and supplementary text chat, helping them to find suitable solutions and improve their quality of life in the long term. In addition to private individuals, Instahelp also supports companies with flexible, individually tailored services as part of workplace mental health promotion.\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

\r\n\t\t\t\t\tTo ensure that those seeking advice know they are in good hands, we select our psychologists with the utmost care: each one is a clinical or health psychologist, has at least three years of experience in face-to-face therapy, has completed additional university training in online counselling and works scientifically based on the methods of cognitive behavioural therapy.\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t
