That will ultimately shift your relationships and your life so you can feel safe and securely attached to self.

Attachment trauma is caused by people and dysfunctional connections. Based on this original wound we reinjure ourselves throughout our lives. But the trauma can also be healed by people and healthy connection to self and others.
