Her empathy and insight have made such a difference in my life. I can't recommend Karin enough for anyone looking for a therapist who truly cares and knows their stuff.

    I've done other counselling before and the difference is striking. I feel understood and appreciated. And whats most important is that I feel like an actual person with actual feelings, not like some notes on a sheet.

    Karin helps me in finding my self in positive way and I found a positive change in myself.Throughout the sessions she answers all the time when I message her.Karin has so much patience to listen to our problems and comes with solutions.I feel grateful to her. I recommend to everyone who wants to see positivity which definitely helps.

    Karin has helped me get a better understanding about what caused my feelings of inadequacy. She asked helpful questions at the right moment to help me understand the assumptions I made about myself or the world around me and opened my eyes to the fact that there could be entirely different reasons than the ones I believed to be true. This helped me see things more as they are and thereby helped me regain better self appreciation.

    Karin was great, we got to the bottom of the issue pretty quickly and she gave me great mechanisms to cope with my problems. I actually really enjoyed talking to Karin despite the topic of conversation and would really recommend her to others.

    The stigma around having a councillor is such a shame as I put it off for weeks before finally opting in and the results were brilliant. It was such a safe place to talk with a professional about your issues with no judgement and empathy to a situation. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling out there.

    I really like that I can message whenever I have something on my mind and Karin will just reply when she’s available. She’s helped me through so much. Especially during this lockdown. She’s really helped me understand my emotions and be able to be happy with myself. I understand know that it’s okay to not be okay sometimes. I always thought I have to be happy all the time. But it’s okay to have down days There is nothing I didn’t like. Karin is incredible and so helpful. I’m so grateful for everything

    It is easily accessible and the therapist I am working with is very experienced. I feel like I can trust her and know that I am understood. I am sure I will be able to work out my issues by continuing the sessions with her. I like that I can schedule my sessions flexibly and from the comfort of my own room. Somehow the instahelp app isn't compatible with my android device which is a bit annoying that every time I have to read a message, I have to open my web browser. Besides I only get to know that I have a message when I check my emails - defeats the purpose of easy availability. But that's just a technical issue, not related to the counseling.

    Karin really helped me get some clarity on the issues at hand in a relatively short time frame. I think her articles are quite helpful as well. In addition, I like the flexibility Instahelp and Karin offer in terms of format the time. So far I have no complains against Karin - thank you for your help. However, I really do not like the orange background with white font in the conversation window - it is very hard for me to read the texts I wrote.
