In many cases, online psychological counselling is a service you pay for yourself. However, depending on your country, insurance provider and policy, your costs may be covered or you may be eligible for a subsidy. In Austria, you may also be eligible for a subsidy from your statutory health insurance for clinical psychological treatment, subject to certain conditions.
