In the business sector, more than 200 companies – including Allianz, Austrian Airlines, KPMG, and Pernod Ricard – rely on Instahelp’s HR solutions to integrate mental health into their corporate culture. Currently, the service is available free of charge and anonymously to over 300,000 employees as part of workplace health promotion programs. Dr. Bernadette Frech
Dr. Bernadette Frech is the CEO of Instahelp, a member of the Austrian Startup Committee, a university lecturer, and a mother of three.
Mental health, emotions, and female entrepreneurship are three causes close to her heart that she is particularly passionate about.
At Instahelp, she combines all three of these topics by working as CEO since 2018 to promote easy, low-barrier access to professional support and an open approach to mental health.

Kerstin Schuller, a clinical and health psychologist with over 11 years of professional experience, has been successfully providing online psychological counselling to clients at Instahelp for many years. In addition, she is actively involved in raising awareness at Instahelp.
She is an expert at conveying her professional knowledge and complex psychological topics in an understandable and accessible way through podcasts, TV, and newspapers.
