Yes. The counselling sessions are confidential and end-to-end encrypted. This means that neither Instahelp nor you, as the admin, have access to the content of the conversations. In your dashboard, you’ll see an overview of your members (anonymized) and the number of sessions used.
You can invite as many people as you like using your link. They can use the counselling service as long as there are sessions available in the account.
You can set a limit on the number of sessions per member per year through your dashboard. This ensures that all members can use the same number of counselling sessions.
Units can be purchased manually or reloaded automatically once your balance falls below a defined threshold. A minimum purchase of 5 units applies.
Payments are currently available via credit card or PayPal.
No, you decide for yourself when and how many units to buy. There's no subscription commitment.
Each member creates their own account. By registering or logging in through the link you shared, you allow them to use sessions for free. As long as sessions are available or the counselling limit you set has not been reached, they can receive counselling.
