How can the voucher be redeemed?
+Each voucher includes simple instructions. The process is straightforward: the recipient starts by completing the matching at web.instahelp.me to find the right psychologist for their needs. After selecting a psychologist and completing a short registration, their personal digital counselling room is created. In the “Payment” section, the voucher code can be entered to unlock the units immediately.
Can I send the voucher anonymously?
+Yes. After purchase, the voucher can be sent digitally (for example by email or WhatsApp) or printed as a PDF and handed over in person or by post. As the voucher itself does not display the buyer’s details, the gift can remain anonymous if sent without identifying information.
Can a voucher be used if the recipient already has an active counselling plan?
