    I am a Clinical and Counselling Psychologist, chartered member of the British Psychological Society, registered in the UK with the HCPC. I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology, and a Degree in Counselling Psychology. My psychotherapeutic training comprises CBT (Contive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Schema Therapy.
