By participating in Instahelp’s referral programme, registered customers can secure bonuses for initial or follow-up counselling sessions. Participants agree to the associated terms and conditions and at the same time agree to comply with our
General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, Instahelp’s General Terms and Conditions apply. In addition, our
Privacy Policy describes in detail how Instahelp uses the personal data of each person who participates in the referral programme.
Information about the referral programme is regularly communicated via our emails or in the Instahelp app.
Instahelp can easily be recommended to other people via the Instahelp app by clicking on “Help others grow” and sharing the referral link provided. You can find out how to send the link
here. As soon as a person registers with Instahelp via the link and completes their initial session, you will receive a bonus worth € 10 (ten) or € 20 (twenty) for every 5th (fifth) successful referral. It is important to note that the bonus is only granted if the person invited actually attends the initial session and no refund is made.
Self-referrals are excluded. In addition, only one Instahelp account is permitted per user. If a user has several Instahelp accounts, bonuses are collected per account and considered separately. They are therefore not transferable or combinable.
All bonuses received will be saved in your Instahelp account and automatically deducted the next time you pay for your initial or follow-up counselling session. It is not possible to collect bonuses and redeem them at a later counselling session. In addition, the available amounts can only be redeemed in whole increments of 10. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the customer.
If a bonus is available and a next counselling is agreed, the existing bonus will automatically be deducted in full up to a maximum of € 40 (fourty). If you have more bonuses available, the remaining amount will of course be retained and will then be deducted from your next but one counselling session.
The bonuses can only be redeemed to pay for initial or follow-up counselling session, not for the fee-based services offered on the platform (e.g. Mental Health Gym Plus). Cash payment of bonuses is not possible.
If you end your counselling with Instahelp but keep your account, any existing bonus will be retained for the time being and can be used for future counsellings. Please note, however, that if we do not see any account activity within 24 months, we reserve the right to deactivate your account, which will result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus. If you deactivate your account yourself and still have a bonus, this will also expire, as a cash payout is not possible.
Instahelp reserves the right to exclude you from the referral programme if abusive or fraudulent activities occur in this regard.
The above conditions may change at any time. Instahelp may suspend the referral programme at its discretion and without prior warning, define and change the conditions and the value of the bonuses offered in these referral terms and conditions and exclude persons from participation in the referral programme due to the above-mentioned incidents.
