You can either top up your counselling units manually or set up automatic top-ups. With the automatic option, the number of units you select will be purchased as soon as your balance falls below the minimum threshold you have set. Yes, you can set an annual usage limit per employee in the administration tool. This limit must be at least five units per year.
The counselling sessions are confidential and end-to-end encrypted. This means that neither Instahelp nor you, as the employer, have access to the content of the conversations. Psychologists, like doctors, are bound by a legal duty of confidentiality. Therefore, you will not receive any personal information, but only general and anonymised details—such as when a session was booked.
Yes. When using Instahelp, employers cannot see real names or personally identifiable information in the reports. Usage data is analysed only in anonymised form for reporting purposes.
