  • I am so extremely pleased that I finally took the step to find a counselor on Insta help. I could never have imagined how effective and how enormously helpful, both physically and mentally, my few sessions with my counselor have been. Note: I am not canceling counseling, merely pausing it for a month or so. I do so in the hope that my present counselor will be able to meet with me in future as well. Thank you!

  • It’s not something you notice right away but over time you realise how much of a difference it has made in your life. Having a flexible schedule and a fully competent therapist helping you navigate through your mental health journey makes a huge impact in many tiny ways. Sure, getting therapy is not easy and cheap, but I’m grateful for this platform and the progress I’ve been able to make because of my amazing therapist, especially when I couldn’t find and afford one, being an international student in a country with foreign language and culture. My therapist has enabled me to employ resources and emotional support needed for me specifically. The transparency of having talk therapy alone not being enough, and instead emphasising the need for complementary care and habits to support it, in order for it all to work has been a major help. Having a therapist that can help you foster those changes and resources has been a challenging but rewarding process. I look forward to my sessions every time, even on days where I’m exhausted and want to cancel them. Step by step, it only gets better.

  • Ute helped me over almost 12 months to really understand myself. It was a sometimes tough but wonderful experience. She asked the right questions and pointed out the right connections to really make me think and gain deep insights into my personality and psyche. Once I realized the cause of a certain behavior or thought pattern it was easy to then modify it in a positive way. All in all I feel the best I've ever felt right now. I'd give 11/10 stars if I could!
