Trauma can lead to massive consequences and symptoms concerning our every move. Together we can get a grip on it. You will receive information and some (mental) exercises. Experiences can be outspoken, but do not have to be.

Depression

Experiencing a depressive mood is quiet common. Fortunately we are not powerless. I will be happy to support you in finding your personal resources, feel self-effective and find a way "up".
