    Jai beaucoup apprécié ce mode de soutien, en expression libre, ma psychologue a pu me guider dans ma mise en perspective, en étant rassurante, je n'y trouve pour ma part que des points forts, au vu du besoin qui se présente à n'importe quel moment j'ai pu exprimer tout ce qui me fait écho,au moment où j'en avais besoin et avoir un retour rapide, je recommande !
