Anika konnte sich immer sehr gut in die von mir geschilderten Situationen hineinversetzen und sehr passenden Rat geben. So habe ich mich immer sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Gerade als junger Mensch habe ich schon die gegenteilige Erfahrung gemacht und bin daher mit Anika sehr zufrieden.
