I have the feeling that my psychologist understands me very well and always has an open ear. Also, Nicole connects dots I didn't see before, even if pieces of information are spread between weeks of counselling. I really appreciate that she's an active listener and tries to support me wherever she can. Also, she let's me feel that my problems are okay and many feel the same way. I highly appreciate that Nicole is often sharing stories from her private life to show me how situations can be handled. The 50 minutes spent on a call every week already brought a big change for me, as I feel understood, have the room to share my feelings and can work on improving how I deal with various challenging situations (at work and in my private life). Wouldn't want to miss it!
