Hi, my name is Barbara Weiss. After finishing my degree I counseled people individually and ran group sessions (Creative Writing, PMR, autogenic training). Some of my special topics include LGBTQIA+, diversity and people working publicly (e.g. Influencers, Content Creators).

For over 3 years I have worked with people who start their apprenticeship or who receive unemployment support and seek to find a new job. Stress, doubts, fears and a new perspective were the most common themes.

Depression

Wether it's a lingering feeling of sadness, the start of a depressive episode or something in your life that makes you feel depressed, it's important for me to work it out together and carefully assess what changes can be done.

    Psychologin bei einem Bildungsträger. Ich habe Menschen auf Arbeitssuche und Auszubildenden psychologischen Beistand geleistet bei depressiven Verstimmungen, Neuorientierung, Motivationsproblemen und Ängste. Außerdem habe ich verschiedene Gruppenangebote angeleitet (z.B. PMR, Autogenes Training, Kreatives Schreiben) / Psychologist at an adult education center. I helped people receiving unemployment support, people looking for jobs and young people at the start of their apprenticeship with depressive symptoms, finding new orientations and perspectives, motivational issues and anxiety. I also did group sessions (e.g. PMR, autogenic training, creative writing)
