Psychological self-test for symptoms of stress

Use the stress test to determine your stress levels!

For many issues affecting your well-being, taking a critical look at how you’re feeling is the first step toward improvement. Use this test to determine how stressed you are and how psychological counseling might help you.
This is not a standardized clinical test. The results therefore do not constitute a diagnosis and are intended solely as an invitation to self-reflection. The first possible answer is worth one point, and the last is worth five points.
Even if you didn’t score high on the "Physical Symptoms" section of the test or on the questions about "Vital Exhaustion”, you should still answer the following questions. Not everyone reacts (immediately) physically to the stresses of everyday life. And vital exhaustion is just the most extreme manifestation of a range of stress symptoms. Check to see if you’ve noticed any changes in your mood or behavior.
